I'd really love to go, have been kindasorta planning to be able to,
but hadn't gelled my plans yet.  It looks like I have too much going on
that needs me in urban spaces on the weekend though.

If that changes I may come up to Aeronaut for Saturday only and if so
then I'd be happy to join a run up into the High Dry. I do have a 4WD
vehicle and even got my mechanic to get it looked at - both the A/C and the
4WD are in good shape, obviously that A/C is damn handy for Black Rock.  
*Real* night skies and the open desert are both good for my health :)

I also regret to note that my cute little camera, as talented as a pocket
style camera gets for taking nice shots, has given up the ghost and won't
actually actuate moving its lens out.  It'll be cheaper to get a new camera,
probably, than to repair it.  Thoughts from the peanut gallery on good
cameras to look into for a replacement, highly welcome.
