[BR-Crater] updated maps

I updated the map "Verifying the 87km ring for yourself" to make it
less "busy".  And I moved it to the top of the page.  The Google Map
for exploring that area now comes after pointing out what to look for.

Those are enough changes to that page.  I can call it "done" now.  And just
in time, since the page says January in its title and now it isn't January
any more. :-)

Since this is a large step forward for the project, I updated the map on
the project page to use a similar diagram showing the 54 mile/87km circle.
