As I said in my previous e-mail, I've updated the outline a little after
noticing that all the highest peaks in the region were just barely outside
the ring, which then pointed out that a lot of terrain features would be
in even closer match, especially along almost the entire west side.
I moved the center point 1 km east and expanded the diameter to 87 km.
Center point: 40.90 north latitude, 118.92 west longitude
Diameter: approximately 54 miles or 87 km
The circle now runs directly over or is very close to...
* Granite Peak on the WSW
* Big Mountain/Pahute Peak on the NW
* King Lear Peak on the NNE
* Seven Troughs Mountain on the SE

Some useful trivia... the new outline runs near the CSXT Space Shot 2004
landing site on the west end. (It's where you see Red Mountain on the
map.) So the photos from the recovery of the spacecraft are also photos
where we can do further observations of the rim area before the next trip
to Black Rock.
